Dr. Graham Thatcher

DVM, DAVDC

Dr. Graham Thatcher graduated from Ontario Veterinary College in 2005. After obtaining his DVM, he worked at Bayview Animal Hospital and Alta Vista Animal Hospital and later became a partner at both hospitals. He then completed a 3-year residency in veterinary dentistry at Alta Vista Animal Hospital. Dr. Thatcher obtained board-certification with the American Veterinary Dental College in 2018. He then completed his fellowship training program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Thatcher is one of the founding partners of Capital City Specialty & Emergency Animal Hospital.

Dr. Adam Rudinsky

DVM,  MS, DACVIM

Dr. Adam Rudinsky is part of the Small Animal Internal Medicine service at The Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center. He provides the service with a specialized interest, clinical perspective and clinically applicable research in gastroenterology, pancreatology, hepatology and immunology. 

He received his DVM degree from The Ohio State University, completed a small animal rotating internship at Purdue University, a combined residency in internal medicine and MS degree at The Ohio State University, a fellowship in mucosal immunology at The Ohio State University, and a fellowship in microbial pathogenesis at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. He is now on faculty at Ohio State as a faculty internist and research scientist. His current clinical and research interests include chronic enteropathies, pancreatic and hepatic disease, mucosal immunology, and the intestinal microbiome as it relates to small animal gastrointestinal disease pathophysiology and treatment. During his time at Ohio State he has received several teaching awards and hospital service awards.

Dr. Katie Osekavage

DVM, DACVECC

Dr. Katie Osekavage was born and raised in Colorado and attended Colorado State University for both undergraduate and veterinary school, earning her veterinary degree in 2014. From there she traveled to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for a small animal rotating internship at the University of Pennsylvania. This was followed by a three-year residency in small animal emergency and critical care at the University of Georgia. She became board certified in 2018 following the completion of her residency.

Dr. Osekavage’s professional interests include trauma, coagulopathies, post-operative care, and transfusion medicine. She strives for a strong pet parent-doctor relationship to provide compassion and understanding as well as a high level of patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, horseback riding, and spending time with her adorable corgi mix, Casey.

Required Documents:
All visitors must present a valid passport and a return or onward ticket. Visas are not required from citizens of Canada, the US, the UK, the British Commonwealth, Caribbean countries, members of the European Union, Japan, or South Korea.

The resort is a brisk 15-minute drive from the international airport. Private transfers can be arranged prior to arrival. Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport. Car hire is widely available. 
 
Currency
Grenada uses Eastern Caribbean Dollars (also called EC or XCD), but many restaurants, taxi drivers, etc. accept USD. The currency exchange is approximately $1.00 USD to $2.72 EC.
