Hawaii Registration

Registration fees are non-refundable but may be applied to another VetBolus conference for up to 1 year. If registration changes are made less than 60 days prior to the state of the conference, up to 80% of registration fees may be applied to another VetBolus conference subject to availability. All requests must be in writing to info@vetbolus.com. The VetBolus program schedule is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel any event or the whole conference, at any time for any reason and without prior notice. VetBolus cannot guarantee the attendance of any speaker or that the scheduled event will take place. Normal cancellation policy applies if you are not able to reserve a hotel room. You should confirm your hotel booking prior to registering. It is your responsibility to cancel any hotel and all related travel plans. VetBolus will not be responsible for any travel plans not canceled by you including, but not limited to hotel reservations.
