Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel. We want to make this process as easy and fair as possible for you. Here is what you need to know:

Registration fee: A $100 processing fee will be deducted from any refunds. This fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations: You can cancel your registration by emailing us at info@vetbolus.com. The options depend on when you cancel:

If you cancel more than 45 days before the conference, you can choose a full refund minus the $100 processing fee or apply your full registration fees to a future VetBolus conference for up to 1 year.
If you cancel within 45 days of the conference, you can apply 50% of the registration fees to a VetBolus conference for up to 1 year.
Labs, additional events, and guest passes: These are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure you are able to attend the lab or bring your guest before purchasing them.

Hotel and travel: You are responsible for booking and canceling your own hotel and travel arrangements. We are not liable for any costs or losses incurred by you due to your hotel or travel cancellation. We recommend that you confirm your hotel booking before registering for the conference and purchase travel insurance if needed.

Program schedule: The conference program is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We cannot guarantee the attendance of any speaker or that the scheduled event will take place. We will do our best to provide you with an updated and accurate program and inform you of any changes or cancellations. We hope that you will join us at our conference and have a great experience.
